Salem Alliance Church Broadway Building

Tree Hugger Consulting is working with CB | 2 Architects and general contractor LCG Pence on the LEED certification process for this beautiful community center/office/church meeting building.  The project is targeting LEED Silver.

Salem Kroc Center

Tree Hugger Consulting is working with the local architect, CB | 2 Architects, on the LEED certification process for this wonderful community center funded through a grant from Ray and Joan Kroc.  BRS Architects, out of Denver, is the official architect of record.

WaterPlace

This mixed use office building in the heart of downtown Salem is targeting LEED Gold certification.  Tree Hugger Consulting is leading the certification process, along with CB | 2 Architects and Construction.  We are tracking the status of credits and their progress, and submitting documentation through the LEED On-line process.  We will also be assisting in applying for tax credits and rebates from the federal government, the State of Oregon, and the local utilities once certification is achieved.

Salem Window Replacement

We recently replaced the windows in a Salem manufactured home with Penguin Windows.  The existing windows were not installed correctly, leaving gaps between the outside frame and the trim, and were leaking water into the home.  The installers did a great job and were very professional.  Penguin promises a 40% reduction in the cost to heat and cool your home when you install their windows.
